Endings aren't sexy. Beginnings are sexy!
And by 'sexy' I mean exciting, juicy, even breathtaking.
Beginnings are full of energy, so they can be lively, stimulating, and exhilarating. Like falling in love. You can fall in love with a person, a place, a thing, anything and everything. It's the beginning of it all.
But endings tend to be slow and draining OR fast, rushed, and sudden. Like falling out of love.
There are clues though. You might miss the clues, although in hindsight you can see them. I help people see the clues all the time. It's important to understand what happened that led to an ending. It's part of the acceptance of it all. The process.
If you've been paying attention, you'll see an ending coming. You can also be the one to end things, to make the ending formal, to say goodbye, to close the chapter, to allow yourself and things to move on.
If you're not, you might resist the ending. You might dig your heels in, trying to stop the ending from happening, shocked at what it means, where you'll go, and what will happen next.
From a psycho-spiritual viewpoint, there's more to endings than meets the eye. And especially the 'I', the ego I.
If you want to know what endings are truly all about and how you can best navigate through them, my new text-based course ENDINGS & BEGINNINGS starts December 4th.
It also includes the blueprint for the sexy beginnings. How to start them with your best foot forward, how to enter into them with your eyes wide open, how to trust them (and yourself) this time - whether the beginning is a new relationship, a new job, or a new plan of action.
What would that look like? Read all about it right here and set yourself up to feel more confident, calm, and clear about your particular endings & beginnings. It will guide and support you in reawakening your energy, vitality, and optimism. I believe it's a powerful way to give yourself the next level of self-care & self-love.
PS) Registration for 'Endings & Beginnings' is open now. Give yourself the support that will make all the difference.
