Are we far enough into January that we can talk about February yet? Because I loooove February. Always have. Even when I was a little girl.
I don't think of February as all about valentines and sweethearts and romantic gestures. I think of it as all about love. (With a little chocolate on the side.)
I think of February as love wellness month. It's the month I usually check in to see if I can foster an even more intimate caring relationship with myself. Because I know that the more I'm in a truly loving relationship with myself, the better all my other relationships will be. It really works for me, and I've seen it work for so many others over the years, so I'm passing 'the goods' on to you this year.
What do I mean by that?
I'm working on a new course all about self-love. It's just about finished, so I wanted to give you a heads-up.
If you think you know what self-love is, if you know you should be practicing self-love more, and if you want to get intimate with yourself for 21 days in a row to really boost your natural serotonin levels, you'll wanna check out the new course.
I promise you it's psychologically uplevelling, emotionally satisfying, and spiritually aligned.
Watch this space.
drumming my fingers till it's February
PS) If the focus in your life is on a cycle of ending/closure/finishing right now, and/or a cycle of beginning/starting/new chapter, there's still time to sign up for the text-based course 'Endings & Beginnings'. It has the necessary daily guidance & support to walk you through the cycles better than you have ever done before. Sign-up ends Sunday, January 29th. Read all about it here.
Did someone you trust recommend me? Did you google-search 'spiritual psychologist'? Did you follow an internet link or find me on Instagram? If you want me in your inbox, providing context & support for the disruptions, confusions, & stuckness that may be happening in your life, I'm there.
